Dr. Donnelly is a licensed Vermont School Psychologist and a Vermont Board of Psychological Examiner’s Licensed Psychologist with forty-four years experience working in mental health. He offers a range of comprehensive Forensic, Psycho-Educational, School, and Psychological Evaluation Services to individuals, families, attorneys, juvenile and adult courts, school districts and supervisory unions, and public and private sector agencies related to referral inquiries.
