Elom started Le Bon Goût (“The Good Taste”) in 2024 to celebrate and share her Togo roots and African culture. What began as a passion in 2019 has grown into a catering and takeout service bringing bold, authentic flavors of West African food to Vermont, and sharing the warmth of African hospitality.
